FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE: Mid-2025 Financial Results
Fiducial Real Estate has announced its results for the first half of the 2024/2025 financial year. Consolidated revenue remained stable at €42.7 million, compared to €42.9 million the previous year. Property sales increased to €35.4 million, partially offsetting the decline in services, which reached €7.3 million.
Operating profit totaled €19.4 million, a slight increase from €19 million the previous year. Despite a decrease in the cost of debt to €2.6 million, the group's net profit decreased to €10.2 million due to an increased tax charge of €6.2 million.
The company invested €8.9 million and made disposals worth €14.6 million. Financially, shareholders' equity stands at €441.4 million with debt of €157.8 million. Looking ahead, Fiducial anticipates annual revenue of between €86 million and €87 million.
