Ferrero Group Highlights Sustainability in 2025 Report

Ferrero Group has unveiled its 17th Sustainability Report, emphasizing the Ferrero Farming Values approach as key to resilient supply chains. Celebrating 80 years, Ferrero focuses on sustainable practices from sourcing to production. Initiatives encompass climate impacts, responsible sourcing, and people-centric actions.

The report showcases significant strides in traceability, with cocoa and palm oil reaching nearly complete traceability to farms and plantations. Ferrero has achieved 99% sourcing of cocoa through certified standards and ensured 100% RSPO-certified palm oil supply. The commitment extends to supporting farming communities, notably expanding its Save the Children program in Côte d'Ivoire.

On environmental stewardship, Ferrero continues reducing greenhouse emissions and enhancing packaging circularity, achieving 86.8% recyclability in practice. Key reformulations in packaging led to a notable reduction in plastic use. Ferrero also strives for responsible consumption, implementing nutrition criteria to guide innovation.

Inclusion remains a core focus, fostering supportive work environments and conducting Inclusion & Respect training globally. Community involvement is evident in programs like Joy of Moving, reaching millions of children worldwide.
