FERMENTALG: Update on voting rights and shares
On May 7, 2026, Fermentalg published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares. As of April 30, 2026, the share capital consisted of 96,213,213 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, reached 99,208,794. The exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amounted to 99,045,624.
These figures comply with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, which includes shares without voting rights in the calculation of theoretical rights. Fermentalg plans to publish its revenue for the first half of 2026 on July 16, 2026.
