Fermentalg: Details on Voting Rights and Shares as of December 31, 2024

Fermentalg has published its figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares for December 31, 2024. As of this date, the share capital consists of 90,629,284 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 93,518,012. The number of exercisable voting rights, excluding treasury shares, is 93,383,950.

In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those deprived of voting rights. Fermentalg plans to publish its 2024 turnover on January 14, 2025, after the close of trading.
