FeralX Systems Expands Production and Enters Drone Market
FeralX Systems Inc., a Canadian defence technology company, has increased its small-arms production at its Ontario facility from 800 to 3,600 units per month. This growth is supported by five Makino CNC machining centres, with first product deliveries expected in early 2027. Moreover, the company has ordered an automated machining cell to enhance frame production, set for delivery soon.
FeralX has begun assembling unmanned aerial systems under a five-year agreement with Arcanus Aerial Systems. These efforts align with Canada's defense procurement strategy, which emphasizes rapid procurement and domestic production capabilities, following recent government initiatives to support local defense suppliers.
In another development, FeralX has partnered with Atrium Research Corporation for sponsored research coverage. This aims to publicly distribute equity research reports on FeralX, subject to TSXV approval.
