FCA Removes The Co-operative Bank Holdings from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of The Co-operative Bank Holdings P.L.C's securities from the Official List, effective 22 October 2026. This removal concerns the Fixed Rate Reset Callable Subordinated Tier 2 Notes, due 25 April 2029, which were previously listed as debt and debt-like securities.
The specific securities, registered in denominations of GBP100,000 and multiples of GBP1,000, had been allocated ISIN code XS1986325972. Despite their removal from the Official List, these securities were also to be admitted for trading on several recognized investment exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Aquis Stock Exchange, and Cboe Europe.
The FCA emphasized that any notices related to securities admissions must be considered alongside notices from relevant investment exchanges regarding market trading admissions.
