FCA Removes Access Bank Plc's Listing
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially removed the listing of Access Bank Plc's securities from the Official List. This decision became effective on September 23, 2026, at 08:00 GMT/BST.
The removed securities are 6.125% Senior Notes due September 21, 2026. These were fully paid and registered in denominations of USD 200,000, with integral multiples of USD 1,000 beyond that. They were available under Regulation S and Rule 144A, classified as debt and debt-like securities.
The removal notice was issued by the FCA's Market Oversight department. It impacts securities previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with identifiers provided by SEDOL.
This regulatory announcement emphasizes the importance of reading it in conjunction with corresponding notices from relevant Recognised Investment Exchanges.
