FCA Delists Argo Blockchain PLC from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Argo Blockchain PLC's securities from the Official List. This change took effect on December 12, 2025, at 08:00 GMT. The securities involved are the Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each, with the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) GB00BZ15CS02.
This removal affects equity shares that were in a transitional listing category. Despite the delisting, these securities continue to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, a Recognised Investment Exchange.
The FCA advises that its notices regarding securities' admission should be read alongside notices from the relevant Recognised Investment Exchange concerning the securities' market trading.
