FCA Announces New Securities in Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from May 6, 2026. The Republic of Serbia, represented by its Ministry of Finance, has issued three sets of notes. These include 4.250% notes due in 2031 and 4.875% green notes due in 2038, available under both Regulation S and Rule 144A, as well as 5.500% notes due in 2036.

Additionally, the International Finance Corporation will offer 15% notes maturing in 2027, while 21Shares AG introduces its Strategy Yield ETP Products. Barclays Bank PLC and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce have also listed new securities, including securitised derivatives and capital-protected callable notes. The Nationwide Building Society offers regulated covered bonds due in 2042.

The FCA notice serves as a directive for these securities traded on recognized exchanges like the London Stock Exchange.
