FCA Announces New Securities Admission to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted new securities to the Official List as of February 27, 2026. This admission includes specific securities from Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Credit Agricole's securities are Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2032, represented by notes to bearer of GBP1 each. They are categorized under debt and debt-like securities. Meanwhile, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has introduced Capital Protected Issuer Callable 6.30% Notes, maturing in 2036 with denominations starting at GBP1,000.

Both securities are now admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, with additional recognitions possible on other exchanges. The FCA advises consulting the London Stock Exchange for SEDOL numbers and further trading details.
