FCA Amends Listing for R8 Capital Investments

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced amendments to the securities listed on the Official List as of August 27, 2026. Specifically, changes involve R8 Capital Investments plc, whose ordinary shares have been adjusted in terms of par value.

Previously listed with a par value of GBP0.01, the ordinary shares are now recorded with a reduced par value of GBP0.0001. The shares, under ISIN GB00BKX8NT01, remain categorized as equity shares for shell companies.
