FCA Admits Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of October 8, 2026. This listing includes securities from four different issuers, each with distinct characteristics and maturity dates.

European Bank for Reconstruction & Development issued 3.80% Notes due in 2029, with denominations registered in CZK10,000. The Toronto-Dominion Bank has introduced 5.51% Senior Notes due in 2036, registered in NOK2,000,000 denominations.

Bazalgette Finance PLC's 6.625% Blue Bonds are set to mature in 2036, with registration in GBP100,000 denominations. Additionally, Commonwealth Bank of Australia listed Floating Rate Covered Bonds maturing in 2030, also registered in sizeable GBP denominations.
