FCA Admits Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of September 30, 2026. The newly listed securities include floating rate notes, preference share linked notes, and other debt instruments from notable issuers.

The International Finance Corporation has its floating rate notes, due December 15, 2031, registered in denominations of GBP10,000 each. HANETF MULTI-ASSET ETC ISSUER PLC enlisted Arrow Bitcoin GBP Hedged ETC Securities. Both are categorized under debt and debt-like securities.

Moreover, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce issued preference share linked notes, due September 30, 2032, in GBP1,000 denominations. Lastly, Commonwealth Bank of Australia issued 6.125% notes, due September 30, 2036, registered in AUD500,000 denominations.

These securities are admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, among other recognized exchanges.
