FCA Admits New Securities to the Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted several securities to the Official List, effective from July 21, 2026. The newly listed securities include certificates related to redeemable preference shares of BNP Paribas Synergy Limited. These certificates are numbered Series 2063 to Series 2071 and are set to mature on July 21, 2032. Each certificate is represented by a bearer certificate of GBP 1 and is classified under debt and debt-like securities.
Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC has its securitised derivatives maturing on July 21, 2031, listed. These securities are also fully paid and bear certificates of GBP 1 each.
The FCA notice highlights that these securities are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Some securities are additionally admitted to other exchanges like Aquis Stock Exchange and Cboe Europe, offering diverse trading platforms.
