FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of July 6, 2026. Among the newly listed securities are those issued by iShares VI plc, LendInvest Secured Income III plc, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, HSBC Bank PLC, Santander UK PLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.
iShares VI plc's ETFs, including the US Large Cap Max Buffer Jun UCITS and Moderate Buffer Jun UCITS, were granted entry under open-ended investment companies. In the debt category, LendInvest Secured Income III plc issued 8.00% Notes, while the European Bank released 1.50% Notes.
Furthermore, HSBC, Santander, and Barclays introduced various securitised derivatives, while Australia and New Zealand Banking Group launched Floating Rate Notes. These listings are poised for trading on the London Stock Exchange.
