FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On July 15, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) officially admitted several new securities to the Official List. The securities span a variety of financial instruments from different issuers.
National Grid North America Inc. offers 3.643% and 4.268% Senior Instruments, maturing in 2031 and 2037 respectively, while Permanent Master Issuer PLC introduces residential mortgage-backed notes set to mature in 2073.
Additionally, Toyota Motor Finance Netherlands B.V. provides floating rate notes due in 2027, and International Finance Corporation launches TJS-Linked Instalment Notes with a 9.45% interest rate due in 2029.
NATIXIS Structured Issuance SA and BNP Paribas Issuance B.V. are also part of this listing, with offerings linked to the FTSE 100 Index and Redeemable Preference Shares, respectively. Paragon Bank PLC rounds out the list with floating rate covered bonds due in 2029.
