FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of various securities to the Official List, effective as of January 7, 2026. Notable entries include several securities linked to precious metals from issuers such as Invesco Physical Markets PLC, iShares Physical Metals plc, and WisdomTree Issuer X Limited.

Invesco has secured Gold, Palladium, and Silver-linked certificates, fully paid and due by 2100. iShares expanded their offering with Physical Gold, Palladium, Platinum, and Silver Exchange Traded Commodities (ETC). Additionally, 21Shares and WisdomTree have introduced Bitcoin and Ethereum Exchange Traded Products and Securities.

The list also includes equity shares from Altona Rare Earths Plc and First Class Metals PLC. Furthermore, securitised derivatives from HSBC Bank PLC and Barclays Bank PLC have been included, highlighting the diversity of investment vehicles admitted.
