FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of June 30, 2026. Among the issuers, the International Finance Corporation has introduced 7.00% notes due in 2028. Additionally, Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. offers notes linked to preference shares, set to mature in 2032.

The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa launched 4.750% notes with a maturity of 2031. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development issued notes with a 9.15% rate due in 2028. Santander UK PLC presented notes, both equity index-linked and preference share-linked, maturing in 2031.

Furthermore, Barclays Bank PLC, NatWest Markets Plc, Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC, Westpac Banking Corporation, Wells Fargo & Company, and Nationwide Building Society have introduced various debt and derivative securities with maturity dates ranging from 2027 to 2037.
