FCA Admits New Securities to Official List
On May 14, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) included several securities in the Official List. This admission is effective immediately.
International Finance Corporation issued 4.03% notes due in 2031, registered in USD denominations. Additionally, SW (Finance) I PLC's 6.875% Class A Guaranteed Bonds are set to mature in 2034, represented by GBP bonds.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development introduced 5.45% Green Callable Notes and 11.75% Notes, maturing in 2036 and 2028 respectively. Barclays Bank PLC also secured listing for securities due in 2031, represented by GBP bearer securities.
Lloyds Banking Group PLC issued 3.625% Reset Callable Notes due in 2033, available in EUR denominations. For inquiries, contact Listings Data Management at the FCA.
