FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted several new securities to the Official List as of September 25, 2026. The listed securities originate from Kenrick No.5 plc, Mortimer 2026-1 PLC, Barclays Bank PLC, and Natwest Markets Plc.

Kenrick No.5 plc has issued Class A and Class B mortgage-backed floating rate notes, due 2073, registered in denominations starting at GBP100,000. Mortimer 2026-1 PLC has listed multiple classes of mortgage-backed notes, including Class A to X2, due 2071.

Barclays Bank PLC has introduced securitised derivatives, due 2031, while Natwest Markets Plc has issued 4.58% notes due 2029, represented by HKD1,000,000 each. All securities are fully paid and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
