FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List as of 24 February 2026. This move includes notable issuers such as Toyota Credit Canada Inc, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, and Nationwide Building Society.

Toyota Credit Canada Inc has introduced two types of notes: 3.14% notes due in 2029 and 3.46% notes due in 2031. Both notes are available in CAD200,000 denominations with additional increments of CAD2,000.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited offers Floating Rate Notes due in 2027. These notes are issued in denominations of EUR100,000 with increments of EUR1,000.

Nationwide Building Society's contribution comes in the form of 3.733% Senior Preferred Notes due in 2036, issued in HKD1,000,000 denominations.

All securities are admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange, contributing to the diverse investment opportunities offered.
