FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has officially admitted a series of securities to the Official List as of April 20, 2026. Pavillion Mortgages 2026-1 PLC introduced a range of Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes with several classes including A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F, G, Z, and VRR. Each of these notes is due on May 25, 2076, fully paid, and registered in denominations of GBP100,000, with additional multiples of GBP1,000.

Additionally, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi has introduced 4.625% Notes due on April 20, 2033, with denominations set at USD200,000 and additional USD1,000 multiples. These notes will be traded on the London Stock Exchange and other recognized investment exchanges as applicable.
