FCA Admits New Securities to Official List

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted several securities to its Official List as of April 10, 2026. Among the issuers, SG ISSUER introduced notes due in 2031. Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has listed preference share linked notes with varying due dates extending to 2032. HSBC Bank PLC added securitised derivatives, also due in 2032, linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares.

Additionally, the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited issued 5.08% callable notes maturing in 2041. The Royal Bank of Canada issued floating rate senior notes set to mature in 2027. These instruments are fully paid and vary in issuer denomination from GBP to USD and EUR. All securities are admitted to trading on recognized exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange.
