FCA Admits Multiple Securities to Official List

On 14 August 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. Notable entries include certificates related to the Series 2078 Redeemable Preference Shares of BNP Paribas Synergy Limited, due August 2032. These are classified under debt and debt-like securities.

Acceler8 Ventures PLC had its ordinary shares removed and re-admitted following a reverse. European Bank for Reconstruction & Development's 1.50% Notes, due August 2030, also made the list. Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC introduced Worst-of Quanto European Barrier Autocallable Equity Linked Securities, linked to a basket of equity indices, due August 2031.

Among others, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce issued Preference Share Linked Notes, maturing in August 2032. These securities will be traded on the London Stock Exchange.
