FSDV Opts for New Governance
The FSDV Group, formerly known as the BMG Group, has announced its proposed governance reorganization. At the Combined General Meeting on September 30, 2025, it will propose a transition from a public limited company with a Supervisory Board to one with a Board of Directors.
This change seeks to simplify the organization and align the company with market standards, while maintaining strategic continuity. The proposed new members of the Board of Directors include Louis RAME, Xavier BOUTON, and Anne-Laure VILLEMONTE.
As part of this restructuring, Louis RAME, current Chairman of the Executive Board, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Nicolas RAME will be appointed Chief Executive Officer. Xavier BOUTON will serve as Vice Chairman.
This transition aims to combine continuity, expertise and modernization to support growth and strengthen the confidence of partners.
