FORVIA Proposes Board Reshuffle Pending 2026 AGM Approval
FORVIA, a key player in the automotive technology sector, announced changes to its Board of Directors. Michel de Rosen will resign as a Board Member and Chairman, effective after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 4, 2026. This resignation leads to a proposed appointment of Pierre-André de Chalendar as an independent Board Member for a four-year term.
Pierre-André de Chalendar, with over three decades of industry experience, is expected to bring substantial expertise to FORVIA. His notable past roles include CEO and Chairman at Saint-Gobain. Post-AGM, he may also be elected as FORVIA's Chairman.
Active as a Board Observer for FORVIA since September 2025, de Chalendar's involvement is anticipated to enhance governance and strategic direction in the global competitive landscape.
