Fathom Nickel Initiates VTEM™ Plus Survey for South Albert Lake Project
Fathom Nickel Inc. has engaged Geotech Ltd. to plan a VTEM™ Plus survey at the South Albert Lake Property in Saskatchewan. This advanced geophysical survey aims to explore the southwest corner of the Albert Lake Property, adjacent to Ramp Metals Inc.'s Rottenstone SW property. Fathom's 2024 prospecting revealed a gold zone, emphasizing the mineral potential of this area.
The VTEM™ Plus system offers high-resolution and superior depth penetration, crucial for identifying mineral deposits in complex geology. This technology has proven effective in discovering magmatic nickel sulphide and lode gold deposits. The planned survey will cover 1,100 to 1,600 flight line-kilometers, enhancing structural interpretations and gold modeling.
Fathom's strategic position as the largest landholder in the region and past success with VTEM™ surveys strengthen its exploration efforts. By identifying new conductor trends, Fathom aims to benefit from increased interest in the Rottenstone Domain.
