Exasol's Q1 2026 Results and 2026 Guidance Confirmation

Exasol AG reported revenues of EUR 9.5 million for Q1 2026, down from EUR 12.4 million the previous year due to high non-recurring hardware revenue in 2025. The company achieved an EBITDA of EUR 0.4 million compared to EUR 1.3 million last year. Despite this decline, Exasol confirmed its 2026 guidance, expecting mid-single-digit percentage ARR growth and an EBITDA between EUR 3 million and EUR 4 million.

Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) slightly decreased to EUR 37.8 million, with churn rates showing a positive trend, falling from 27% in Q2 2025 to 20% in Q1 2026. This rate is projected to decrease further. The sales reorganization and enhanced marketing also expanded new business opportunities.

The company observed a stable new business volume of EUR 0.6 million. Exasol’s customer event in Berlin positively impacted their market presence, showcasing AI solutions driving analytics performance.
