EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE Reports H1 2026 Financial Results
On 17 September 2026, EXACOMPTA CLAIREFONTAINE's Board of Directors, led by Mr. Guillaume Nusse, approved the consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2026. The group reported a revenue of €380,648,000, a decrease from H1 2025's €393,698,000. Despite the drop in revenue, operating income rose to €13,358,000 from €11,625,000, aided by a €2.4 million real estate gain in the processing division. Net income after tax stood at €10,062,000, up from €6,518,000 in the previous year.
The paper segment reported stable volumes against a declining market. However, rising costs pressured margins. The processing division remained resilient amid a contracting stationery market in France, with revenue driven by market share gains and e-commerce development. Looking forward, no significant recovery is expected in the paper segment, and the processing outlook remains cautious.
By 30 June 2026, gross borrowings were €199,960,000, and net borrowings stood at €72,414,000. The company had arranged additional credit and maintained commercial paper issues as part of its financial strategy.
