Evolution within the Agripower Board of Directors

Agripower France has just announced a change to its Board of Directors. Emmanuel Walliser resigned from his position as an independent director on September 16 for personal reasons. The Board acknowledged this decision, expressing its gratitude for Mr. Walliser's commitment and contribution, particularly during the company's strategic pivot.

The company has already begun searching for a replacement in order to maintain a four-member board of directors, three of whom are independent. Guillaume Labarrière, Chairman of the company, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Walliser and affirmed Agripower's commitment to pursuing its strategy of sustainable value creation.
