Evolution of Maroc Telecom's voting rights in February 2026

Maroc Telecom has announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of February 28, 2026. The share capital remains unchanged at 879,095,340 shares. The gross number of shares is the same as the number of voting rights, but 187,231 shares are deprived of voting rights, resulting in a net total of 878,908,109 voting rights.

Compared to January 31, 2026, there has been an increase in the number of shares without voting rights, rising from 159,795 to 187,231. The legal requirements for declaring threshold crossings are supplemented by a specific statutory clause for Maroc Telecom. Maroc Telecom is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange and on Euronext Paris.
