Evolution of Altarea's Share Capital and Voting Rights

Altarea has released figures relating to its share capital and voting rights as of July 7, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the share capital reached 24,760,832, compared to 23,371,012 on June 30, 2026. This increase results from the issuance of new shares.

For that same July, the total number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 24,760,832, while the exercisable rights totaled 24,740,171, after deducting treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights. The capital increase included 1,229,831 shares issued as part of the 2025 dividend payment in shares.
