Extension of the Conciliation for Evergreen Transition
Transition Evergreen, a fund dedicated to the ecological transition, announces a one-month extension of its conciliation procedure, now extended until September 9, 2025. This decision, validated by the Paris Economic Activities Court, aims to continue discussions with financial creditors and facilitate the establishment of financing and disposals of essential assets.
At the same time, Transition Evergreen is making changes to its Board of Directors, with two members resigning for personal and health reasons. The company is considering organizational adjustments to strengthen its leadership.
Trading in the share remains suspended on Euronext Paris until the company has sufficient visibility on its financial situation.
