Eutelsat's quarterly financial performance: Moderate overall decline
Eutelsat Communications has released its financial results for the first quarter of its 2025-26 fiscal year, posting total revenues of €293 million. This represents a 2.2% decrease compared to the previous year, although like-for-like revenues remained virtually stable.
The operating activities segment generated €283 million, down 1.2%. The Video division suffered a 10.5% decline, impacted by regulatory constraints, notably sanctions against Russian channels. In contrast, Connectivity saw an 8.6% increase, driven by a significant rise in LEO revenues.
Government Services grew by 18.5%, while Mobile Connectivity recorded a decline of 12.1%, influenced by a reduction in GEO revenues.
In line with its objectives, Eutelsat maintains its financial forecasts for the current financial year.
