KNDS France and Les Forges de Tarbes: A Strengthened Partnership
KNDS France has renewed its commitment to Les Forges de Tarbes through a three-year Long Term Agreement (LTA). This partnership, focused on supplying hollow 155mm shell casings, supports the wartime economy and enables an efficient production ramp-up.
Between 2026 and 2028, between 60,000 and 150,000 hollow bodies will be produced annually. The contract includes the possibility of doubling production capacity if necessary. This strategic shift from annual orders to a multi-year commitment ensures a ramp-up of the Forges' industrial capacity.
The agreement, which may be extended for three years, allows KNDS to consolidate its position in the defense sector in Europe.
