Europlasma's general assembly announced for July 30, 2026

The Europlasma industrial group, specializing in pollution control and decarbonization, will hold its general meeting on July 30, 2026. This meeting in Pessac will address the approval of the 2025 financial statements, the allocation of profits, and various other financial matters. Furthermore, a request has been filed to appoint an ad hoc representative. This representative will represent the absent shareholders. Europlasma will announce the identity of this representative at a later date.

The company recently secured €45 million in funding. However, this type of financing is likely to lead to a significant dilution of share value for investors.
