EUROPLASMA: Update on voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2026

EUROPLASMA, under the code FR001400PDG8-ALEUP, has published its share capital figures as of February 28, 2026. In accordance with legal requirements, the total number of voting rights and the number of shares outstanding have been declared. As of that date, the total number of shares was 45,134,346, identical to the number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights. This includes standard voting rights after excluding treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. This declaration complies with Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
