Europlasma: Exclusive negotiations underway to sell its Defense Division
Europlasma, an industrial group dedicated to strategic activities, has announced the launch of exclusive negotiations to sell its Defense business to a French investor for €150 million. This division focuses on the development, production, and marketing of hollow-body ammunition for medium and large calibers.
The completion of the agreement is subject to several requirements, including obtaining the necessary administrative and judicial approvals, satisfactory audit results, board approval, and finalization of the definitive agreement. The exclusivity period could extend until June 2026, with closing expected no later than October 2026.
