EUROPLASMA: 2024 annual results and 2025 outlook
Europlasma has published its annual results for 2024, marked by strong growth. Revenue reached €42.5 million, an increase of 176% year-on-year, thanks in particular to the integration of Valdunes Industries. However, EBITDA declined slightly, falling to -€13.5 million, impacted by the costs of acquiring Valdunes Industries.
The group's debt has significantly decreased, now representing 32.2% of turnover compared to 83% in 2023. Impairments of €7.3 million on certain sites impacted net profit, which stood at -€15.9 million.
For 2025, the acquisition of Fonderie de Bretagne will strengthen the group's momentum, with encouraging prospects, particularly in defense.
