Eurofins Scientific has released its weekly report detailing share repurchases carried out from December 22 to December 24, 2025. During this period, the company bought back a total of 30,000 shares. Each day saw the acquisition of 10,000 shares under the financial instrument identified by code FR0014000MR3. The shares were purchased on the XPAR market.
The daily weighted average purchase prices were as follows: €61.402 on December 22, €61.6639 on December 23, and €61.8331 on December 24. The average price over these transactions amounted to €61.6330. Eurofins undertakes these buybacks in compliance with Article 5(1)(b) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
