Eurobattery Minerals Delays Annual Report and AGM
Stockholm, 26 May 2025 - Eurobattery Minerals AB has announced a postponement of its 2024 Annual Report due to delays in subsidiary audit processes. Originally scheduled for release on 27 May, the report will now be published on 9 June 2025. This change has necessitated the rescheduling of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) from 17 June to 30 June 2025.
The company's auditor, Baker Tilly, has requested additional time to complete the audits of the subsidiaries, leading to the delay in publishing the Annual Report. Consequently, the AGM, initially planned for mid-June, has been moved to the end of the month.
Eurobattery Minerals, listed on the Nordic Growth Market and Börse Stuttgart, focuses on supplying critical raw materials, aiming to support Europe's self-sufficiency in responsibly mined battery minerals.
