Eurobattery Minerals Progresses with San Juan Tungsten Project

Eurobattery Minerals AB has announced advancements in its San Juan tungsten project in Galicia, Spain. The company has completed the basic engineering for a 20-tonne-per-hour processing plant and started procuring essential equipment. This development is part of the project's move towards execution, supported by existing financing, with orders placed for main equipment manufactured by international suppliers.

The 30-year mining license extension until 2055 ensures regulatory stability. The project's progress aims to reduce Europe's dependency on tungsten imports. The procurement includes crushers and gravity concentration equipment, crucial for San Juan's operations.

CEO Roberto García Martínez affirmed the strategic importance of enhancing Europe's tungsten supply security. The initiative reflects Eurobattery Minerals' commitment to establish European mineral sources, diversifying away from current heavy reliance on imports predominantly from China, Vietnam, and Kazakhstan.
