La société EURASIA FONCIERE INVESTISSEMENTS (EFI) a annoncé le report de la publication de son rapport financier semestriel pour le premier semestre 2025. Ce report est dû à plusieurs facteurs complexes touchant l'ensemble du groupe EURASIA, qui détient 70 % d'EFI. Les principaux obstacles incluent le traitement de la dette obligataire, un programme de cessions d'actifs, et des expertises immobilières en cours.
EFI assure que ce retard n'affecte en rien la solidité de son modèle économique. La société prévoit de publier le rapport semestriel d'ici le 30 mai 2026. Elle reste en contact étroit avec l'Autorité des marchés financiers pour garantir une communication transparente.
