EURASIA FONCIERE INVESTISSEMENTS postpones the publication of its 2025 half-year report
EURASIA FONCIERE INVESTISSEMENTS (EFI) has announced the postponement of the publication of its interim financial report for the first half of 2025. This postponement is due to several complex factors affecting the entire EURASIA group, which owns 70% of EFI. The main obstacles include the handling of bond debt, an asset disposal program, and ongoing property valuations.
EFI maintains that this delay does not affect the robustness of its business model. The company plans to publish its half-year report by May 30, 2026. It remains in close contact with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) to ensure transparent communication.
