Esta Investments increases its stake in Tikehau Capital
Tikehau Capital announced that Esta Investments Pte. Ltd., controlled by Singaporean sovereign wealth fund Temasek, has surpassed the 5% stake in its capital and voting rights. This threshold crossing results from a share swap between Esta Investments and Tikehau Capital Advisors. As of July 4, 2025, Esta Investments holds a 5.46% stake in Tikehau Capital.
This transaction is part of agreements between the two entities dating back to 2016. Tikehau Capital Advisors is majority-owned by the founders and management of Tikehau Capital, who maintain direct control over the group.
