ESGold Corp Engages Atrium Research Corporation

ESGold Corp, a pre-production mining company, has enlisted Atrium Research Corporation for its research services. Atrium will produce research reports on ESGold, leveraging public data and discussions with company management. Additionally, Atrium will conduct and publish three management interviews to present the investment case.

The agreement includes a quarterly compensation of $12,000 to Atrium and will last for 12 months, starting December 15, 2025. The partnership requires regulatory and Canadian Securities Exchange approval. Importantly, Atrium and ESGold maintain an arm's-length relationship with no shareholding involvement from Atrium.
