Erratum on Olympique Lyonnais Groupe's May 2025 Voting Rights Disclosure
Olympique Lyonnais Groupe has issued a correction regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of May 31, 2025. According to article L. 233-8 of the French Code de Commerce and article 223-16 of the AMF's General Regulations, the company disclosed critical figures.
The total number of shares stands at 175,873,471, while the number of real voting rights is reported to be 232,194,946. Additionally, the theoretical number of voting rights, which includes own shares, amounts to 244,330,747.
This update holds significance for stakeholders and investors of the company listed on Euronext Paris under Segment B. The company is part of indices such as CAC All-Share and CAC Consumer Discretionary.
