EPIC Suisse AG Reports Growth in Rental Income and Profitability for 2025
EPIC Suisse AG has announced a 3.0% increase in rental income, reaching CHF 68.2 million in 2025, up from CHF 66.2 million in 2024. This growth is rooted in the successful development of PULSE and Campus Leman - Building C, which contributed CHF 1.5 million to the income. Vacancy rates declined to 3.4% from 4.2% the previous year.
The real estate portfolio's value rose by 4.4% to CHF 1,684.0 million, driven by investments and an unrealised revaluation gain of CHF 33.0 million. EBITDA, including revaluation effects, increased to CHF 87.8 million, marking an improvement from CHF 76.5 million in 2024.
A capital increase in December 2025 raised CHF 70.0 million, strengthening the equity ratio to 53.5%. The Board proposed a dividend increase to CHF 3.20 per share. EPIC Suisse maintains a focus on sustainability and future growth with potential acquisitions and increased rental income projected for 2026.
