EPIC Suisse AG Publishes Q3 2025 Financial Overview
Zurich, 25 November 2025 – EPIC Suisse AG, a prominent Swiss real estate firm, has disclosed its Q3 2025 financial results, aligned with obligations of its majority shareholder, Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd. As of 30 September 2025, the portfolio's fair value is CHF 1,659 million, with investment properties in operation valued at CHF 1,483 million and those under development at CHF 176 million.
For the nine-month period, total income from investment properties in operation reached CHF 51.1 million, a slight increase from CHF 50.5 million in 2024. Including newly completed projects like PULSE, the total income for the period is CHF 52.0 million. The company’s bank debt stands at CHF 678 million, with a net asset value (NAV) of CHF 827 million.
The PULSE site in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne has seen an increase in occupancy to 37% of its target rent of CHF 7.5 million, with ongoing rental negotiations.
