EPC Groupe strengthens its presence in Morocco in partnership with Berjoune Holding
EPC Group has announced the sale of a 35% minority stake in its Moroccan operations to Berjoune Holding, a financial company active in the mining sector. This strategic partnership marks a new stage in EPC's development in Morocco. Present in the country for 70 years, the Group primarily operates in the production of explosives, with a modern plant near Settat.
EPC's subsidiaries, EPC Explo Maroc and Marodyn, have had their shares transferred to the Moroccan holding company SCAM. The agreement signed on December 8, 2025, with Berjoune Holding aims to strengthen activity in the mining and public works sector. Olivier Obst, CEO of EPC, emphasizes the importance of this collaboration for capitalizing on opportunities in Morocco.
